AutoPages.info Terms of Service (Draft)

1. Acceptance of Terms By subscribing to any AutoPages tier—including the Specialist, Director, Executive, President, or Chairman plans—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.  

2. Ownership of Content and "The Pixels" (Intellectual Property) All digital assets, including the vehicle pages, localized SEO metadata, backend keyword layering, and the unique layout of the digital advertising window, are the sole property of AutoPages.

  • Restricted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these pages for your active rental listings.

  • Prohibited Actions: You may not download, scrape, duplicate, or "mirror" the vehicle pages for use on other websites or platforms.

  • Physical Reproduction: You may not print or reproduce the digital vehicle pages for physical use outside of the QR stickers provided by AutoPages. We "own the pixels" and the specific digital presentation of your data.

3. Fulfillment and Physical Assets As part of your subscription and setup fee, AutoPages will print and mail professional-grade QR stickers to the address provided.

  • Delivery: AutoPages is not responsible for stickers lost in the mail due to incorrect addresses provided by the user.

  • Usage: These stickers are intended for the vehicles/listings authorized under your specific plan.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Setup Fees: Non-refundable setup fees are charged at the time of initial enrollment to cover the costs of asset creation and physical fulfillment.  

  • Tier Limits: Users must remain within the listing limits of their selected tier (e.g., up to 2 for Specialist, up to 5 for Director). Crossing these limits will require an immediate upgrade to the next executive tier.  

5. AI and Automation Disclaimer AutoPages utilizes AI for customer service and support ticket resolution. While we strive for accuracy, AutoPages is not liable for errors in AI-generated responses. Users are encouraged to report any inaccuracies to our support team.

6. Marketing and SEO AutoPages provides an "invisible" marketing boost by layering localized SEO keywords onto your pages to help increase your bookings. However, AutoPages does not guarantee specific ranking positions or a specific increase in booking volume, as search engine algorithms are subject to change.

7. Termination of Service Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your right to use the digital vehicle pages and the associated QR codes will cease immediately. Any continued use of AutoPages intellectual property after termination is strictly prohibited.
