Get your first vehicle page live

Follow this checklist to create a guest-ready page, generate a QR code, and download the print kit.

Quick checklist

  1. Create your first vehicle page with return instructions and contact info.
  2. Upload a clear vehicle photo for the hero image.
  3. Generate a QR code for the vehicle.
  4. Download the Instant Print Activation Kit PDF.
  5. Scan the QR to preview the guest experience.

Step 1: Build the page

Add return instructions, fuel policy, car wash notes, and support contact info. Keep it concise and action-focused.

  • Return location and after-hours steps
  • Fuel type and refill expectations
  • Emergency contact and policy highlights

Step 2: Generate the QR

One QR per vehicle keeps scans clean. Download the QR or the print kit once you are ready.

  • Keep codes stable so you never reprint
  • Preview the guest experience before printing

Step 3: Download the print kit

Download the PDF and print locally or at a print shop. Post the QR where guests can scan it.

  • Use weather-resistant materials or laminate when possible
  • Place the print in a visible, easy-to-scan spot

Step 4: Go live

Share the QR with guests and keep the page updated from your dashboard anytime.

  • Update instructions without reprinting
  • Track scans and engagement

Wave 2: Tolls automation (requires sync)

Tolls import depends on reservation sync. The system matches charges to a reservation by date range and vehicle, so you need the calendar running first.

  1. Forward your Turo reservation emails to your AutoPages forwarding address.
  2. Confirm reservations appear in your calendar.
  3. Open a reservation and click Import tolls.
  4. Paste charges or upload a PDF statement, then review the draft invoice.
